My Transactions

For "Subscribers", all their related payment information is organized under this section. It includes the following three sublists:

  1. My Transactions
  2. My Invoices
  3. My Refunds
My Transactions

When "Subscribers" need to check their payments done for subscriber, they can navigate to Admin Panel->My Transactions->My Payments

  • "User": Displays the name of the subscriber.
  • "Amount": Displays the amount paid by them.
  • "Date": Shows the date when the payment was made.
  • "Pricing For": Indicates the plan or add-on for which the payment was made.
  • "Payment Mode": Shows the payment gateway used for the transaction.
  • "Status": Displays the current status of the transaction.
  • "Actions": Allows you to view the complete details of the transaction.
My Invoices

When the Super Admin generates an invoice for a "Subscriber", the subscriber can access it by navigating to Admin Panel -> My Transactions -> My Invoices. The complete list of invoices will be displayed on this page.

My Refunds

A "Subscriber" can request a refund, which can then be viewed by navigating to Admin Panel -> My Transactions -> My Refunds. The complete list of requested refunds will be displayed on this page.
