    2. If you already know how to create a database, then you can skip the below steps.
    3. To create the database first, you need to login to the cPanel server and click on the MySQL® Database Wizard link in the "Database" section.
    4. Please follow and enter the database details as guided, or we have also provided a installation video link. Please click here
    5. Create the "Database Name" by typing it in the input field and click on the "Next Step" button.
    6. Enter the "Database User Name" and "Password" by typing them in the input fields and click on the "Create User" button.
    7. Now give all privileges by clicking on the "ALL PRIVILEGES" check box and then click on the "Next Step" button.
    8. Now you have successfully created your database.

Note : Please copy your "Database Name," "Database User Name," and "Password" and enter them exactly when installing the application; otherwise, you will receive a 500 | SERVER ERROR page.

  • Deploying Application Project:
    1. Assuming that you have created a database, now go to the cPanel server home page and open File Manager->public_html.
    2. Now click on the "Upload" button at the top. That will redirect you to the "file upload" page.
    3. Now select and upload the application (.zip folder) that you have downloaded from CodeCanyon.
    4. Now unzip the folder in your server root called "public_html". Now you have successfully uploaded the application to your server.
  • Pre-Requisites:
    1. The application must be installed only on the main domain, not on any subdomains. When subscribers register, they are automatically redirected to their assigned subdomain under the main domain as part of the multi-tenancy setup.

    3. DNS records must be correctly configured and verified to ensure proper functionality of Microsoft Business IMAP. For detailed assistance regarding related issues, please contact your Microsoft Support team.
