• Sl. No: Serial number of the subscriber in the list.
• Email: Registered email address of the subscriber.
• Plan Type: Indicates whether the plan is Free or Paid.
• Plan Name: The name of the subscribed plan (e.g., Starter, Pro).
• Subscribed Date: The date the user subscribed to the plan.
• Plan Expiry Date: The date the current plan will expire.
• Plan Status: Current status of the plan (e.g., active, expired, refund pending).
• Renewal Date: The date on which the next renewal is scheduled (if applicable).
